Dispatch
In-stock items ordered before 2 pm Adelaide time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery within Australia
- Standard: 2–8 business days from dispatch
- Express: 1–4 business days from dispatch
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are carrier estimates and may be longer for rural and remote addresses.
International

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
Damage in transit
Inspect your parcel on arrival. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos and keep the packaging so we can claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Local pick-up from 2/11 Creswell Road, Largs North SA 5016 by arrangement.
