Dispatch

In-stock items ordered before 2 pm Adelaide time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Items not in stock show their availability on the product page, or we'll contact you with an ETA.

Australian delivery

Standard	2–8 business days
Express	1–4 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and depend on the carrier and your location. Rural and remote areas can take longer.

International

We currently ship within Australia. For international orders, email sales@cadetech.com.au with your address and the parts you need for a freight quote.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Damaged in transit

Check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged, keep the packaging, take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can lodge a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Pick up

Local customers can arrange collection from 2/11 Creswell Road, Largs North SA 5016. Please contact us before coming in.
