Refund policy
This policy applies to purchases from EuroSpeed Innovations (Cade Tech Group Pty Ltd, ABN 76 635 511 090).
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund and cover reasonable return freight.
Change of mind
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. The customer pays return freight and must use a tracked service. Refunds are made to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
Exclusions (other than faults)
- Items that have been installed, welded, cut or modified.
- Damage from incorrect installation, accidents or use beyond the part's intended application.
- Heat discolouration from normal use.
- Parts ordered for a vehicle not listed in the product description.
